We have personally evaluated each senior care communities according to our very high standards. We are partners with only the finest senior living communities in Colorado. Our FREE senior care matching service will guide you to the right place for your loved one. We will be happy to meet with you one-on-one to evaluate your needs.
We are a hands-on service free to you and your family. We will guide you through the difficult process of finding the right senior living option for your loved one. We do what is right for your loved one, not our pocketbook.
We will talk with you confidentially and ask a few key questions concerning the needs of you or your loved one. We will then accompany you to tour the most appropriate retirement and senior living communities that provide the best options based on care needs, budget and location. There is no charge to you for our services.
We complete a non-medical assessment to determine the needs and desires of the senior. This includes the:
Care level needed
The ideal senior living situation and location
Review of the financial situation
We also help obtain medical information, to help in finding the proper senior living community. (A medical release is signed by either the Senior or the POA.)
Based on all of the criteria obtained in our interviews with the family and the Senior, our goal is to provide 3 different options. (There are however times that there may only be one option, based on either location or financial position.)
Types of senior living situations may include: Independent Living Communities, Assisted Living Communities, Skilled Communities, Board and Care Homes, and Alzheimer's Dementia Communities.
We only work with licensed communities and they must be in good standings with the state in Colorado
