I called Marnie from All About Seniors when it was time to move my mom to memory care. She took the time to meet my mother and go on many tours with me, negotiating with our final choice. She is kind, patient and understanding, and really knows and understands what this generation needs. I can't thank her enough for being an angel to our family during a really tough time.

I had never heard of All About Seniors until it was time to find a safe and caring living community for my husband who has advanced Alzheimer's. A friend suggested I talk with Caroline Werner at All About Seniors and the help and support she provided was outstanding. Starting with a home visit to meet my husband, to suggesting and accompanying me on visits to multiple communities her help and support was and still is invaluable. I was able to find the perfect place very near to where I live - a place that I didn't even know existed I might add. Caroline and All About Seniors is a wonderful resource for anyone needing help and guidance when looking for care for a loved one. I can't give them enough stars.

We've had amazing experiences with All About Seniors and in particular with Marnie. 10 years ago we consulted with Marnie when it looked possible that we would need to put my mom in a long term care facility. Marnie came out to the house and did a detailed assessment on my mom and narrowed down the possibilities so that we had facilities we could tour when we were ready. Fortunately, my mom recovered and we did not need services. Fast forward to late last year when my stepfather passed and it became evident that my mom would be best taken care of in an assisted living facility. Again my mom had an assessment and Marnie worked so well with her, myself and extended family to tour facilities. It was clear in talking with facility staff that Marnie had a fantastic, long term relationship with them. They love her and that connection allowed Marnie to find the best place for my mom. Mom is nearly 6 months in her placement and she is thriving! I can't recommend them enough! Don't spend valuable time searching on your own is my recommendation!

Katherine Steele was our liaison when we started looking for an assisted living community for our father, John. She made a home visit to meet John and us so she could suggest places that best fit his needs and lifestyle. We were navigating unfamiliar territory and she gently guided us very step of the way. Our father chose a place, but then decided he wasn't ready to leave his home since he had just lost our mother. He decided within a few months that he was ready. Katherine was very patient, knowledgeable, extremely nice and thorough. It's obvious she truly cares about her clients and placing them where they'll thrive. Katherine felt like a friend to us during this process and we are grateful for her part in helping John cope with this life altering event.

I've known Kathryn for almost 10 years in the capacity of quality work and case management. During that time, she has consistently displayed compassion, tenacity, and professionalism. I've had the pleasure of witnessing her interactions with multiple families and colleagues. Her skillsets in navigating the healthcare system and senior services provide support and personalized care to a largely underserved population.

I was able to give all requested information over the phone (due to work obligations). For my search for a residence. I was immediately provided with options. Not only that, but Miss Lisa took the time out of her very busy schedule to set up the various viewing appointments, as well as act as an intermediary and assist with negotiations at said appointments. Far more than any other low or no cost service typically provides.
I will be forever grateful to Miss Lisa and All About Seniors for their assistance with my home search, far above and beyond my most extreme expectations.

Kathryn who covers the Western Slope, was a great help in finding my mother a community that fits her well. She was kind, interested, understanding and really got to know my mother and what she wanted and needed. She has always been very quick to respond to any communications. All About Seniors can also assist handicapped Veterans and others with disabilities. Lisa Loeber helped me find a place for our handicapped veteran son. She was very thorough and found options within our geographic area (Colorado Springs and Castle Rock.) Lisa went above and beyond to smooth the transition and help our son adjust to his new home.

Lisa has been a tremendous help to me, not once but twice, in the years since my wife passed. Her many years of experience in the industry have given her extensive knowledge of the senior living options available in the greater Colorado Springs and Pueblo areas. I am aware of a number of other people she has been able to assist in finding just the right place. Lisa is the best!

It was also a place that when the time came that had memory care, and as it turns out, she needed it sooner than we thought so thank you. So much I will always recommend all about seniors

Our family has had the pleasure of working with Jackie since February. When realizing we were needing to find an assisted living facility, I had no idea where to start and a friend of mine referred Jackie. From the begging Jackie was a godsend. She helped us narrow locations down with our specific needs and the time frame of less than a couple of days. She gave me honest input on what the locations and people had to offer and helped me make a tough decision in a very short amount of time.

Even after we found our moms forever home, she continued to follow up with us to make sure things were going well.

I cannot recommend Jackie enough and I can't thank you enough for employing someone with so much passion, professionalism, and empathy for a family in need.

Lisa was invaluable. You are not alone at the emotional time of downsizing for yourself or a family member. This service provides expert consult pointing out pros and cons, even asking questions on the client's behalf that one may not think of. They are very professional and personable, as they truly care about finding the right fit.

Anyone who has been through trying to relocate their parents into assisted living, knows that it can be extremely difficult and emotional. Having Jaden there to help us with every step was priceless. I was at a loss about how to find the right place for my mother-in-law. I found an ad for All About Seniors in the Seniors Blue Book and called. Marnie was great to talk to and referred us to Jackie. We met to discuss her situation and her needs and then Jackie set up several tours for us. All of this was done on a very short time line (over a weekend even) and I was extremely grateful for their help in finding a great place for her to live.

Finding a new home for your elderly loved ones is stressful, difficult and time-consuming. One brief call with All About Seniors made the entire process so much easier. My company recently worked with Marnie Biln, owner of All About Seniors, to provide care for a client in her home prior to her moving into an assisted living community.
This was a complicated case because of a number of circumstances.
Marnie went above and beyond to make sure her client was completely safe and comfortable while some of these circumstances were navigated through and cleared up.
As any good advocate would do, Marnie took charge for her client and put the client's well being and comfort above her own convenience.
This happened on a weekend. It seemed like a new curve ball was thrown at the client with every hour, and Marnie calmly helped move the entire process to a positive outcome.

Jackie was so helpful finding my mom a memory care facility. We were under a tight timeframe and Jackie worked hard to setup tours and gather work paper to meet our needs. We are very happy with our facility and couldn't have found it without Jackie's help. Highly recommend!
